Addressing Market Needs
We’ve long enjoyed offering customers a lucrative trade-in program that ensures an ecologically healthy “end-of-life” program for older soundfield systems, including not only our own Simeon systems but our competitor, Phonak, as well. To ensure that we’re aligning our trade-in program with the specific market that we address, we want to particularly emphasize that other manufactured soundfield systems like FrontRow or Lightspeed are not eligible for this $100 trade-in program, specifically due to the fact that they are largely regarded as ineffective for students with hearing loss or APD.
Trade in credit will be $100 per every pair of transmitter and speaker sent in by delivery on the day of receiving. Trade in Credits will expire one year after being logged into the database. Credit will not be given for totebags, accessories, cables or for hearing aids. A set/pair of speaker and transmitter must be present to receive the $100 Trade in credit.
Used largely in general education applications where sound quality is not as critical, FrontRow and Lightspeed have products that meet those needs and sometimes tie in to a school’s intercom system. Our focus is on Educational Audiology where students with hearing loss or APD will primarily be given support from Simeon or Phonak. Other aspects of our trade-in program remain, where up to 60% of trade-in credits can be used to discount a full Audita system and where trade-in credits can be used for a full year. Ensuring an environmentally friendly end to Audita’s and Digimaster’s remains important to us as we always seek to provide value to our customers and the students they support.
