Secure Infrared Soundfield with Omnipanel Speaker Technology
The new Simeon 900AI soundfield system combines the security and convenience of infrared transmission and the proven benefits of Omnipanel loundspeaker amplification. Infrared transmission is confined within the walls of the room and so confidentiality is assured. The same pair of infrared channels can be used in many rooms without crosstalk, so there is no difficulty in managing many systems operating together in the same building.
System 900AI features the second-generation Omnipanel 900 flat panel loudspeaker. Weighing only 3kg, the new Omnipanel gives great acoustic performance and outstanding speech intelligibility in a smaller, more efficient format. The flat panel speaker can be mounted almost anywhere, and to cover extra large spaces like an auditorium a second panel speaker can be added to the system.For an auditorium or other larger space, remote infrared sensors can also be installed to ensure full infrared signal coverage.
Besides clear and intelligible speech amplification, Simeon 900AI is a multi-functioning audio hub through which you can connect computers, iPods and other audio sources to take advantage of great Omnipanel speaker sound. In combination with Skype and other media applications Simeon 900AI is also a unique teleconferencing tool. Personal FMs and peripheral devices like MP3 recorders can be connected to the system and some types of personal Infared receivers can be used directly with the soundfield transmitters.
New transmitter concept 501TI
The infrared transmitter 501TI combines the functions of a hand-held wireless mic and a traditional body-worn teacher transmitter. Transmitter 501TI can be worn round the neck on a quick-release lanyard, at hip level on a belt clip, or used as a hand-held passaround wireless microphone. Any Simeon microphone or external audio device can be connected to transmitter 501TI and given priority transmission.
